Ryan Lee Referral - Schedule Discovery Call

By the way, along with your free LLC, we also include a complimentary Business Exposure & Estate Wellness Assessment to spot hidden legal risks and ensure your assets are protected from lawsuits and from the state taking control of your assets after you pass. Would you be opposed to taking just 10 more minutes so I can ask you a few questions?

settings

Great. If risks are identified, I will schedule you for a no cost second call with a senior paralegal. They will review the assessment and be prepared to discuss the recommended solutions to protect you, your family, and your business.

I. Business Details -  Ok, let's go through them one at a time. What is the name of the first one? Is it an LLC or a Corporation? Do you have partners in it? What do you do in the entity/what's it for? Do have equipment or company vehicles in it? If yes, what it all worth approximately (doesn't have to be exact)? Do you  operating agreement (or bylaws for a corporation) for the entity?  Do you have a 3rd party registered agent for it? Did you set it up yourself or use a law firm?

(repeat these questions for each entity. If they have more than 6 entities, just use the comment box at the very bottom of this form)

Schedule Appointment

Tristen’s calendar (right click and open in new tab)

Like I said, I’m scheduling you with Tristen for a 45-minute video call. He’s awesome and I know you’ll enjoy speaking with him.

settings

Great. I’ve got [day] or [day] available—what works best for you AND any other decision-makers to be on the video call?

Perfect. Does [time in time zone] or [time in time zone] work better?

Awesome, you’re booked for [day] at . You’ll get a confirmation email shortly with all the details.

Just a couple of quick things to ensure the call goes smoothly: please join from a quiet spot on your computer so Tristen can share his screen, and make sure any decision-makers hop on too. If anything changes, or all the decisions makers can not be on the call, you can use the reschedule link in the email.

Ok, I’m excited for you to chat with Tristen—thank you for your time!

Not Qualified for 2nd Call

If they truly have no gaps in their structure:

“It looks like you are very well structured, so it’s probably unnecessary to schedule you for a video call with Tristen, unless there’s something you can think of that you may want our help with?”

If they say they can’t think of anything, thank them for their time.

Then disposition under 3rd Party Sales Stage to ‘Not right now’.

If they are a true start up, not married, no kids and/or no money:

“Well, I really appreciate your time, but it wouldn’t make sense to schedule you for a video call with Tristen at this point.”

Disposition them under 3rd Party Sales Stage to "Not Qualified".
