Management Trustee: The person who will be responsible for managing the assets within the trust. Generally the same as the Grantor of the trust. You can assign co-trustees.

Distribution Trustee: The person who will be responsible for approving and making any distributions out of the trust, and who will NOT benefit from the trust in anyway.
