I acknowledge that the fees being paid are for Legal Services for the above services and are earned upon receipt. Client is advised that they are entitled to discharge API Law as their legal representative in this matter at any time, with or without cause, and in that event may be entitled to a refund of all or part of the fee based upon the value of the representation provided.
